Main Coverages
At the heart of complication insurance lies covering medical expenses when the patient needs to be treated again.
- Revision surgery expenses (surgeon, operating room, anesthesia, etc.)
- Intensive care and hospital stay costs
- Laboratory, imaging, examination fees
- Medication, blood, medical supply expenses
When the patient needs to return to Turkey from their country for complication treatment, the policy covers the economy class round-trip ticket cost.
- Economy class round-trip ticket
- A small deductible may apply in some plans
- Quick ticket organization in emergencies
When the patient returns to Turkey due to complications, they may need to stay outside the hospital for certain days before or after treatment.
- Daily 100 € hotel accommodation support
- Maximum 1,000 € for 10 days total
- Must be approved with hospital health report
If the patient cannot travel alone or needs someone for psychological support, flight ticket and accommodation costs of a companion are covered.
- Companion flight ticket (max $1,000)
- Companion accommodation (100 €/day)
- Included in VIP plans, optional in standard plans
VIP plans may also cover expenses for minor complications to be treated in the patient's home country.

With integrated travel health insurance package, the patient is also insured against other possible health risks from their first arrival in Turkey throughout the policy period.

Exclusions
- Dissatisfaction with operation result (not getting expected aesthetic result)
- Triggering of existing diseases or chronic conditions
- Problems arising from patient not following doctor's instructions
- Malpractice (doctor error) situations
- Early complications in first 7 days after surgery for standard plans
- Surgeries performed before policy purchase
